Most of us know Propel is built on Salesforce, but what how does that affect Propel customers? We will talk about some of the benefits of Salesforce and how to leverage it for Propel success. Additional we will touch on Salesforce training, staffing, and collaboration with your Salesforce team if you are using it in other areas of your business.

PUG Propel Personalization

The Propel team delivers insights and best practices for platform personalization and maximizing its value. Key topics include balancing personalized solutions with support and resourcing. We will discuss the pros and cons of various approaches and examine how this strategy might differ in organizations that leverage Salesforce in other business areas or operate across multiple Salesforce environments.

This session will be an interactive group session along with some live polls to help prioritize improvements for the PUG to present to Propel. Will be focusing on core features as well as identifying key industry examples and alignment to the issues presented.

PUG Propel Lightening Lab

Sponsored by PUG, the Lightning lab is hosted by both PUG members and the Propel CSM team! This is a rapid fire series of 10-minute slots that you can request on the spot or in advance. Each topic will be described and and the team will work through possible solutions live! We will have demo orgs setup to work in or bring your computer and work in your sandbox! These sessions with be HIGHLY interactive and attempt to cover a lot of tips and tricks in Propel as well as help you rapidly architect solutions to your business problems.
