Hassan Mahmoud is leading the implementation of Propel PLM Change Management and Quality Systems at Surmodics, Inc., leveraging his experience with Agile PLM. He specializes in configuration development, applying medical device-level quality assurance principles to system design. Since 2014, he has worked as an administrator, front-end developer, and PLM systems consultant for Agile PLM 9.3.3. His focus is maximizing PLM system functionality using out-of-the-box features from Agile PLM, Propel PLM, and Salesforce. With extensive experience, he delivers configuration-based solutions and collaborates with business process owners to define extended system requirements. When additional functionality is needed, he coordinates with consultants and developers to ensure effective system enhancements.
