Jen Kavan

Jen currently oversees MaryRuth’s product development and innovation pipeline as the Project Management Office Director along with their extensive product portfolio. With more than 15 years of professional, project management experience, she started in the utility industry working on conversion of the mainframe system to a new customer care and billing system. The last decade has been spent in the health and wellness industry including grocery retail and now the CPG brand space. Her current role brings together her passion for project management with her love of helping others through science-driven, innovative nutrition solutions.
