Vaughn Schouten

Vaughn Schouten is Global Head of MedTech Advisory and Innovation at Salesforce. He is a sales and commercial strategy leader focused on growth, team development, and continuous improvement for MedTech organizations. Before Salesforce, Vaughn held senior commercial roles at Pacira BioSciences, including Executive Director and Director of Sales for the Western U.S. He previously spent nearly seven years at Stryker in regional sales leadership and medical device sales, and began his career in healthcare sales at Pfizer.
